Longan Osmanthus Chiffon

This light and fluffy osmanthus infused chiffon cake is layered and topped with decadent French fresh cream and tropical Asian flora found in the forms of longan fruits and osmanthus jam.  East meets West indeed, this elegant cake is guaranteed to sweep you off your feet.

Lemon Meringue Cake

A recreation of the classic lemon meringue tart in a fluffy chiffon cake.  What more could you want?

Our Lemon Meringue Cake is just the right mix of sweet and sour enhanced with a toasted airy meringue flavour.  Three layers of vanilla chiffon filled with tangy homemade lemon curd.   The cake is finished with a coating of torched Italian meringue and garnished with candied lemon slices.

Black Forest Cake

Our answer to any ADULT chocolate lover asking for a good black forest cake.

 

Four layers of moist Valrhona chocolate based genoise sponge cake soaked with Kirsch and cherry syrup, layered with Kirsch steeped dark sweet cherries and French fresh cream.  Completed with the classic look of fresh cream coating adorned with 70% dark Valrhona shavings and nostalgic maraschino cherries.

Passionfruit "Tea or Coffee" Cake

This passionfruit cake is butter flavoured and filled with our freshly made passionfruit curd, drizzled with passionfruit flavoured icing and completed with a sprinkle of edible flower petals.

The heavenly butter taste enhanced by the rich and tangy passionfruit curd topped with fruity, sugary icing plus the aroma of the flower petals give this cake layers of complex flavours and contrasting textures.
